Our three phase process for builders clean

Builders clean

  • The process includes dusting and wiping down all surfaces, cleaning windows, removing debris from floors, deep-cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and making sure every corner is free of construction materials. Additionally, the first clean addresses high-traffic areas like baseboards, vents, and light fixtures, while ensuring that any paint or adhesive residues are properly removed. This level of cleaning transforms a chaotic, dusty construction site into a pristine, move-in-ready space.

  • A second clean post-construction is a more detailed and refined cleaning service performed after the initial first clean. The second clean ensures that the space is not only dust-free but also truly polished and ready for occupancy, with a final touch-up for a pristine, move-in-ready environment

Sparkle clean

  • A third and final sparkle clean is the last step in the post-construction cleaning process, focusing on achieving a flawless, high-shine finish throughout the entire property. This cleaning stage ensures that every surface, corner, and detail is spotless and gleaming. The sparkle clean includes polishing all hard floors, deep-cleaning windows for a streak-free finish, and meticulously wiping down every surface, from walls and baseboards to light fixtures and countertops. Special attention is given to high-touch areas like door handles, switches, and appliances, removing any remaining smudges or dust. This final clean eliminates any lingering construction residue, ensuring that the property looks brand new, with no traces of the construction process left behind. The result is a pristine, move-in-ready space that sparkles from top to bottom, ready for occupancy or handover to the client.
